No, there still scrambled: they have delayed the FTA idea until at least July14 by which time they hope to have a better idea about their argument with Sky over the positions on the EPG (Programmme Guide numbers). This subject is being dealt with by an independent television committee, who are supposed to return their 'verdict' by the beginning of July.
