BBC Prime problem

Can anyone tell me why I've recently started to lose video reception of BBC Prime?

Everything's O.K. for several hours and then all of a sudden my receiver tells me that there's no smart card in the module.

To get the video back I have to pull the Magic Module out and push it back in again.

Funcard with Mach1
 
Cannot say I have noticed that however that is probably because I do not watch Prime for that length of time ever. Firstly why remove the cam surely remove the card then replace it or have you tried that? Also you do not mention which version of Pentacrypt you are running ATM
 
BBC Prime gone off on two boxes here in the last 48 hours - possibly a change somewhere.
 
is there any way to receive BBC Prime via hotbird without a card?
