Saw this earlier in the day around 5pm had BBC HD Nordic then too.
 
Even if they are the channels will almost certainly go encrypted once testing is complete & they join whichever package they have been uplinked for.
 
Gone today, I didn't think it would last in that band, its normally used for short time feeds.
