Wod, I don't know which flavour of Rugby you'd like, but according to the Wikipedia page they will be carrying Super League and all home games of Catalan Dragons.

Wod, just come across the following French supplier of BEin viewing cards :

Never had any gear from them so can't vouch for their service LOL. Think they advertise in Tele Satellite though.
