Best channel settings for Sky 28.2 & Hotbird?

My Satellite Setup
60cm on Astra 2 with TM 7100 HD, Triax 80cm dish motorised with Icecrypt S3700CHD looped into TM 5302HD, WDTV Live, Xbox360
My Location
Thanet, Kent, UK
I've got a Vu Plus Duo connected to 28.2e & 13.0e via a Diseqc switch on tuner 1. I have the auto bouguets plugin for 28.2 which works great. I want to replace the file with one that is updated regularly on 28.2 most importantly but also with hotbird.

Any help mych appreciated!
 
I normally use the catseye settings for the euro channels and then do a scan with auto bouquet maker to replace the uk lists.
