Hello sir
Can i use 2 way Splitter and a diseqc switch to use single coaxial cable in a twin tuner STB
The setting will be
Dis A lnb 1
Dis B lnb 1
Dis C lnb 2
Dis D lnb 3
And on the 1st tuner will be Dis A C F
And on the 2nd tuner will be Dis B

Will these settings work?

No a splitter won't work. You'll need a twin (two-output) LNB for LNB 1 and an extra coaxial cable.

Can you tell me me why?
I will use the 4th position of the diseqc
Can't a single coaxial cable carry two signals?

Satellite receivers use a combination of voltage and 22KHz signals to tell the LNB which polarisation and band to send down the cable. Voltage selects polarisation, 22KHz selects high or low band. This means there are 4 combinations to cover all frequencies (horizontal low, horizontal high, vertical low, vertical high), the LNB can only supply one of those combinations at a time. If you split the signal only one tuner could select the combination, and the other tuner would only receive the same as the first.

The DiSEqC switch can only send signal from one LNB at a time. Tuner 1 and 2 would both receive the same signal from the same LNB simultaneously.

There's possibly a way if you use SCR LNBs and a specific type of multiswitch, however it will be much cheaper and easier to run a second coaxial cable, or replace the existing cable with 'shotgun' cable (two smaller cables joined side-by-side).

Thanks sir ❤️❤️❤️

Best solution is indeed a second cable.

The only way that I know of, to have two 'quadrants' of satellite signal on one cable, would be to 'stack' that extra quadrant on top of the other, by means of a stacker-destacker combination. I believe Johansson has them.
However... I am far from sure if such devices can handle the combination with a 3 satellite set-up in diseqc. And the stacking of frequencies sends higher frequencies through your cable, which might be a problem (bad cable specs for higher frequencies). It is an older technology, not used often anymore. I wouldn't choose it.

SCR or Unicable or JESS might be a (modern!) solution, but when your present receivers don't support Unicable/JESS, you'd need much new equipment.
