I didn't think there were any legitimate BISS keys, as BISS is an encryption system.
I used to use the Windows calculator, switched to scientific mode, it always used to work, noticed Windows 10 no longer seems to have this basic calculator, instead you have to type calculator, into the search bar, then switch it to programmer mode.

With DECinHEX or HEXinDEC the question is always which unit length you want to convert (how many bits in a number?).

E.g. if you want to convert 99 99, do you want to convert 9999, or 99 and 99 separately? The outcome is different.

Excel and Calc also have DEC.N.HEX kind of commands. They work fine with me, in converting angle values in raw hexadecimal Diseqc GotoX commands.

And the "inject ID" (the number to convert) is....?
I guess something like *****************
(Though I think you cannot write the real number here, as it might not be legitimate to publish that? Then change a few numbers...)

I have remove your test keys from your post even if as you say they are not real our rules stipulate no key to be posted.

OK, sorry about that.
(And, in fact, I indeed wrote just a bunch of numbers, as an example...)
