Blocked channels on Eurobird

Hi there,

I'm after some help please.

I keep losing the signal for most channels on Eurobird (dreambox) - namely the Sky channels

Are these channels being blocked or something? or is it to do with the installation?

I don't have any problems with Astra 2 and can watch Sky Sports, in Italian say.... just would prefer to watch it in English.

Who do you pay for access to Subscription Channels?

Is your box connected to a broadband router or do you actually have cards in your card slots?
 
It's only UK channels (BSkyB) on Eurobird, that I'm having trouble with. Astra 2 and Hotbird seem to be ok
 
You still haven't given us the slightest idea of how you clear Encrypted Channels!

Do you have your own Card/Cards?

Do you have to have your Box connected via a Router to the Internet?

Who do you pay?

For what?

We cannot help you without sufficient information.
 
Assuming it's no a decryption issue, Eurobird requires a slightly different skew from Astra 2's. So play about with that.
