Dunno if this will prove to be of any use, but I just knocked it up in case it helps out.

Enter the Serial of your sly box and it will give you a hex box key to enter into CCcam / NewCS .

Please test it and let me know if its right. I'm at work and don't have a serial number to check.

Version 1.4 worked for me, I am over the moon, I used the 17 digit serial from my sly box and uploaded the generated boxkey to my CCcam.cfg file in this format BOXKEY: /dev/sci0 xx xx xx xx card is in bottom slot of my Dreambox 7000S and all channels on my full sub to sly UK working ,,thank you so much B16MCC

Thanks mate. I'm gonna close this thread seeing as it's come back to life as the code in this version is very much outdated. As mentioned above use the Dreambox Config Creator instead. You can get it by clicking the Blog link in my Sig.
