A bit difficult to see for sure but it looks like there's an LNB on an arm there so, not a squarial.

That's just bird poop.

One wonders why a BSB aerial would be on top of a motorway services building for 36 years, though. So it could well be something else.

Looking on Google Street View, it was not there in Mar 2009 but appeared by Jun 2017. It seems to be pointing almost horizontally, north-west, so it's likely either a data link to the Starbucks building across the car park - which has some sort of antenna on its gable end, although rather blurred and difficult to make out - or to the very tall Membury transmitter mast behind that...

Having lunch recently with a friend in Clapham and spotted this Squarial in place and in good looking condition.
