As far as I can see, the system allows you to Attach a fairly big .zip file (Up to 60M:cool: if you are able to.

Otherwise, I'd await an opinion from Admin!

I'm sure there will be a way.

Edit: I've asked off-Forum for advice - will get back to you idc.

No, upload it!

I'll take the flak if Admin object.

It still says the file is too big even as a zip

The first time I heard of the squarial was when someone posted a Tomorrow's World video on TV forum about it (around a month ago).

Video - _http://www.youtube.com/watch?=2biNQbzu4cQ

Just starting with satellite I don't get why the Squarial didn't take off as it looks better than a dish. In fact, looking through this thread I'm surprised so many squarials are still in place across the UK, I've never seen one in York!

It's coming back in the form of the all new Sqish :D _http://www.sqish.co.uk

Unless you are very young or been living in the woods, I'm surprised you've only just found out about BSB and the Squarial though.

I'm 19 so don't know if that makes me very young?
We've never had anything satellite before, only cable so not really looked into satellite until very recently.

I guess it's not that young but you've made me feel very old. ;) BSB had gone a couple of years before you where born... and yet it seems like just yesterday they merged with Sky.

Ah the week spent in Bedford training at UKRS just prior to BSB launching, hours of being taught the blindingly obvious before hitting the pub next to the B+B. I also remember after the merger what a leap backwards it was in terms of kit, from Squarials and mini dishes that were basically ready to go out of the box to spending 20 minutes building a poxy Sky dish with those plastic barrel inserts and such like.

The old 60cm analogue dish off my mum & dads house is still in use - its our Sky Digital dish :D

Cant be many SD dishes bolted to a wooden fencepost though :-rofl2

Its had various lnbs on it over the years as needs have changed - single output, double output, quad output, and now there is an octo waiting to go onto it sometime.

Its streaked green with algae, the Rugeley Aerials sticker has faded into oblivion & its rusting, but it works fine. :D

AS, I reckon you should have your own gallery here of each of your dishes, with a brief history of each before being rescued from tips, walls, demolitions...

Thanks for the manuals :-righton fascinating stuff this BSB System. Wow! On page 11 of the manual a Personal Message Screen is described -do any BSB users have experience of this function?

I guess the data port was for firmware updates?

On this webpage you can see the renamed Marcopolo (to Thor) just click the 1994-1990 button _http://telenor.com/about-us/our-history/
