Normally encrypted on 45E, TV7 Bulgaria, BTV Bulgaria and BNT1 have appeared on a new mux FTA as ACM streams.

11591V
SR 30000
FEC 3/4

DVB-S2 8PSK ACM

Stream 2 TV7 (4 channels) BTV (3 channels) Tagged as channels 01 to 07 (08 encrypted)

Stream 3 TV7 (3 channels) BTV (1 channel) Tagged as 09 to 013 (10 encrypted)

Stream 4 BNT1 (1 channel and an info card. 17 and 18)

All Bulgarian audio. Can't get legible text on the info card screengrab unfortunately (it'll be Bulgarian).

Not sure of the purpose of duplicating these channels, which are already encrypted elsewhere on 45E. Maybe they will be filled up with other Bulgarian channels eventually?

If they're feeds, where are they destined for?

I don't speak Bulgarian, only Russian but the first line in the last pic says that it's a test transmission with permission from blah blah and the last line seems to say that it's for "national distribution" but I can't make out the rest since the text looks smudged... and I don't understand some words :)

Yep much better. Basically says what popovp said. Sounds like a similar sort of thing for BBC transmitting from 27.5W. Whether it stays in the clear remains to be seen.
