For Amateur Radio, you can use not only USB5927 but also the 6983/6903 card. You can also use lnb InvertoBlackUltra, not only with Bullseye, but with the settings in Crazyscan that @s-band mentioned(#4-above); the test below I did with the 6983 cards.
Also, with neumoDVB, one can view these amateur feeds. The settings with this app can be seen on #727.

For @MrDish1 - I checked out Es'hail 2 here also, from 17k North of the City of Nottingham UK, 1.2mtr CM dish , Inverto HomePro PLL lnbf , TBS 6903 PC card , , modified Crazyscan as per s-band indicator post #4.
Good results obtained here from a standard Ku Universal lnbf operating outside it's normal range.

I assume that the mux locked is from Eutelsat 16.0E. Isn't it? The latest DVB-Gui version is 2.1.3; you can find it on the link in the previous post.
Indeed, it's not easy, but, as you know, having a strong signal to lock a mux with a low symbol rate is good; it's even advisable.

Are you able to receive any channels from 26°E and are you still using a Gregorian dish that's mounted behind a window?
How are you mounting the Bullseye LNB to the feed?
Do you own any SDRs?
Have you tried S-Band's instructions to extend the tuning range of your TBS 5927?
Can you show a screenshot of the MiniTioune program tuned to a satellite channel, preferably one from 26°E?

I don't have a TBS card or MiniTiouner but can assist further with the SDR method as that is what I use, for example with 1.2m dish, Inverto Premium PLL LNB and SDR Play:
