Theses LNBs works well on small antenna up to 1.20m, less interesting for 1.80m,

Yes i have good results with an ESX 241 ..... and also with BSC 421 (maybe obsolete now i think)
On my Channel master 1.8 offset dish i have both of those l.n.b,s
BSC 421 for circular signals ... and the ESX 241 for linear signals ...
this arrangement works well on this dish ....
On other larger dishes iv used them on the BSC 421 has been best..... both performed better in general than the Titanium c1 pll..
on a smaller dish 1.2 channel master offset ... i could see no real difference between the three of them to be honest ....
