C4 Disappeared!

I've just lost C4 here in Rome. Strange thing is that the "no satellite signal...." has not come up like it usually does when there is bad weather etc. and the weather is clear,so I should be receiving it. Anyone else experiencing this blackout?
 
According to reports over on DS just about all C4 channels were out - there was a power cut somewhere:D although they should be back now.
