Has the NDS flag gone now? It's seen by a sky receiver and have managed to store the tag :)

Yup it will be for a while yet. This fta version is for the new Freesat - it gets C5 fta quickly whilst they wait for the 2D capacity they need to be freed up (if it ever is)

Yes C5 is really fta, but its ONLY the channel labelled 6335 on 10773H.

The other versions of C5, 5er, 5us etc are still scrambled.

You'll need to add and store the tag in 'add channels' function on your digibox.

Vision of this thread being a long one :D

So many had said how terrible the Ch5 programming was I was pleasantly surprised to see the Movie One Eight Seven Starring Samuel Jackson(I enjoyed it!)Then Live N.F.L,Washington redskins v Pittsburgh steelers(result=Steelers won 23 to 6)Although I do not have big interest in N F L,I could learn to!:)

This same game was only available to Me if I upgraded at high costs to either My Cable T.V package or to Sky!

World becoming so small Europeans have to learn about N F L,Americans about soccer(some hope !:) ) and Cricket(no hope:) )

And both have to learn about Irish football& hurling(considered the most difficult field game of all)

Then Aussie rules football
then Mixed aussie/Irish rules football(I kid you not)

There is Hope though,If Americans can sit through indy 500,surely they could sit through Cricket :)
Have to say though,having seen chanel 5,s daytime line-up schedule,I think they need a minus 10 hour timeshift=Ch5-10 ? :):):)
Regards

Is the 2D version of five to be used solely for freesat with the existing transmissions continuing on 2C for Sky and freesatfromsky?

Probably for the time being. However, at sooner or later C5 is going to come off 2C and switch to 2D.

The 6335 transmission is just a fudge to get C5 on Freesat before Christmas.
