Can´t install Dreamview on windows XP

My Satellite Setup
Astra 2 and windows xp
My Location
Spain
I have a DM 500 and windows XP and i want to stream over the internet but I am finding it impossible to run dreamview 0.1.5. I have tried and tried but every time I try to run dreamview.exe it say´s that dreamview has encountered a problem and needs to close. If anybody has any ideas or solutions I would be very grateful

Triple Dragon, Dreambox 8000, Echostar AD3000ip, TBS6522,6925,6983 PCie cards.
Gibertini 1.25m motorised dish driven by the AD3000, with either Inverto BU Quad or Norsat / XMW Ka LNBs . SMW 1.05m + 3 other dishes. Speccy: Promax HD Ranger+

Have you installed VLC on your PC? Dreamview needs it for streaming.
