I got this motor from Gumtree along with the CM dish I was after.

Can anyone identify it?
It moves fine, even with just a 12v source and is in pretty good nick. Does it have any value?

Whilst I have no idea who built it (and it doesn't look like the Jaeger in my garage) it's looks like some sort of 36V Horizon-to-Horizon motor.

Jaeger Supermount SMR-99G or SMR-128G?

@jeallen01
Thanks for your response, but yes, that much I know. :)
I was hoping someone might know who the manufacturer was?
It is very robust and the design is similar to the Jaeger but the moving arm appears different.

EDIT
@RustySpoons
Thanks too for your response.
Is that a confident suggestion or a vague guess? It does have a Jaeger type appearance. How would I tell the difference between 99G and 128G?

EDIT2
I've looked up some photos and it does indeed look like a Jaeger Supermount 128G . Can anyone please confirm that?

Excellent. Thank you.
Do these have any value these days or should I just give it to the scrap man?

In my 2nd link it went for £39 + £9.95 p&p
Maybe someone here will be interested in buying it ?

Keep it for yourself or sell to somebody from forum. It is nice motor and can be used.

What size/weight of dish would it turn?

According to the blurb in the ebay sale that william-1 linked to...
"I believe it is capable of moving a pretty large dish, at least 1.2m and probably more. The Jaeger SMR-99G on sale for £95 is spec'd to move a 1.2m dish and is a smaller unit. "
