You might get some of the Hotbird channels with a huge dish - its available out as far as north western India (where 8 foot dishes are required)

Eurobird - which one - there are currently 4 in operation alll in different orbital slots!

Quite correct AS, I had forgotten that the Horn was East coast even so he will need a pretty big dish and he is only after tiltillation channels I'll wager :-Nooo
