S2emu doesn't do that particular one.

If you ask anyone who watches TPS with S2emu then they can get that message by picking certain of the transmitted encryptions in channel options.
(ie the ones that don't work). Also when they change AES.

it must be me,
in my list of providers the first one is always not defined, there i can get tps foot,star,cinema,etc but when i try to get multivision on tps provider i cannot, so is it me or am i barking mad/up the wrong tree

Channellist,property, switch to provider name and it'll be under 'empty name' folder at the bottom
