Hi all,
I have just received an DM7000/S and installed ”Gemini_0440” SW.
My problem is, I can´t get my Canal Digital card to work (Paying customer :-), I'm not talking cardsharre or nothing.

What have I missed, should I not just be able to plug in the card, and use “Common Interface”?

Thanks for your help :-)

Try installing CCcam and set it as your default emu.

no, common interface is for you an physical cam. To use the card slot you need to have a softcam or emu installed, cccam will do it

If the CCcam doesn't help, as you have a CI slot in the 7000S as well as the card reader, you can try using a PCMCIA CI CAM (check first that it matches the encryption of the card that you have) and select Common Interface in this case.

Edit: Checked the encryption for this package and it is Conax. See photo below
