Canale 5

Well if you can establish an informal supply chain, I'm sure the market will extend well beyond your locale ............... :)

I should not be surprised if some of the UK Satellite Suppliers have it in mind to get involved, but no doubt they have also discovered the goodies are as rare as rocking horse poo.

Lol! I've been on the phone to the biggest advertisers in What Sat and they didn't even have a clue about what I was talking about. I also called the fella who supplies the equipment for Italian TV in the local area, and nor did he.

I'm beginning to think there's not to many people with any idea what's going on. It seems not only equipment is as rare as RHS, but so is the information coming out of RAI, Mediaset and Italia Telecom. Even the Tivùddt home site is pretty much devoid of intel.

Mediaset and Rai are italian channels free on satellite except for movies and sports.
They are now part of Tivusat Bouquet, that's only for Italian citizen. In fact, you can buy receiver and smartcard, as total package, in the most important Italian electronic shops, but to have the card activated you need to show your italian address and the payment of the yearly italian television tax.
So, it's a bit difficult, for a stranger to have this subscription.

We prefer Satellite based solutions in the first instance - This Thread is from 2009 and the TivuSat Platfrom is now well established.

Well , it seems that it has come to no more FTA Mediaset .

Tivusat , sky IT or TBS card is now the only way .

Just checked and there is a screen on both previously FTA versions advising of a change to 11373 H 29900.

Fortunately the Rai Channels are still aok.

Just scanned that and up pop Canale 5, Rete 4 and Italia 1, FTA.

Not sure what the problem is?:

On Flysat they are listed as LEFT ...

You get them on the old frequency? 11919 ?

Can't check myself right now .

No, moved to 11373 as stated in Post #28.

Treat Flysat etc. as Informative but not Definitive: Remember RIRO (or GIGO, perhaps)!
