You can always run the script again to switch back to the old password if you need to.

Hi there,
it looks like i have the same issue :( really frustraiting (DCC and telnet says i have login and passw problems, althiugh guy who sold me it says it was absolutely new and shoud have std log and pass: root and dreambox). I'm trying to do the same trick you guys did. But my computing knowledge is limited. I cannot get how you access Path:/ on your dreambox 800? just cannot find it...
