Cant connect to NewCS web interface!

Hi guys,

I just completed a new cs setup and everything is working great apart from NewCS web interface. I am running CCcam2.1.3+NewCS 1.67 and trying to connect on 192.168.1.x:8080 but i just get page cannot be displayed. Wont even get to the login page.

I have read everything, I have the following config:

I have tried changing ports and the restarting or even rebooting the whole box. Also tried forwarding ports in router although i dont think its needed.
