Is there a firewall blocking access?

If you are using XP or Blista make sure the windows firewall isnt getting in the way as well.

Go to start - help&support and type in firewall. that will give you some info. DONT turn it off completely if its your only protection!

Try AVG instead of Norton- free and better. And Kasperspy (sp.?) is a much better firewall then any XP crap.
