cant get network connection

hi new to dreambox .got a800 last week everything was fine,now cant get network conection to box ,also fta channels not showing any signal.i know my network works and my signal is ok as my tecnomate9100 is working fine.please help driving me crazy

A dreambox is not a plug and play stb, there is a large learning curve, it will take you about 3 months to master the basics so would suggest you start your reading where every dreambox user has to by reading the following

Have you rebooted it? If so the IP address may have changed.

yes rebooted it i know its ip address as i use dcc cant connect to the box at all as i said it was all working fine
