What programmer have you got and which type of cards do you wish to program?
If it's anything to do with cable then it is not allowed, so don't ask, if it's related to satellite we will be happy to help.
 
Theres almopst nothing available on modified cards these days - what are you hoping to open?

Whaich channels are you trying to get, on which satellites?
