Hello to everyone,

I am new one here. I have no read forum rules, so forgive in advanced for mistakes. I bough Dreambox D500S. I installed nabilo and cccam software. I bought D-Link D-524 router. I have no able to connect dreambox to internet. I put the box into net at my friend's pc. It worked. He put into the box correct configuration and card sharing. it worked again. after that, I put the box at my pc, but it not worked, and still is not working.
I had an access to dreambox on his PC, but not on mine.
Internet works properly. It uses adsl connection 3mb/s.
I checked the cable connection, it is ok, a colour schedule is ok.
I realized I have problem with router then.
How should I resolve it?Is there any additional settings for it?

Thanks, guys. If you have anyy additional infor, put me back.

Igor

Thanks for warm welcomeness.

Communication setup had been already done. IP adress of dreambox is not responding when I put into internet explorer. I have already made my way through necessary steps. But, probably something is wrong. I do not know what.

Are your PC and Dreambox connected to the same router?

Can you ping the Dreambox from the PC? How is the Dreambox connected to the router?

Are the Dreambox, router and PC on the same IP range e.g. all are 10.0.0.x OR all are 192.168.0.x (or something similar)?

Everything is ok now, a mistake was hidden in connection cable to ports. 2 of them were intended to net, other 2 were intended for cable tv. Thx guys, anyway.
