Hi, i am new to Europe and i was wondering what cardless solutions are available if any for my dreambox to receive 13E services.

None - you need access to a subscription for almost any of the services on 13E these days.

Theres a couple of minor channels open but if you are hoping to open major packages with patches you are 2 years too late.
 
Last time i looked you could open Rai on 13e with Keys :cool:

I haven't checked for a while as i'm still using a Gold card to open them :D

They are still open on the a gold card so no reason why they should not open on emu.

i did look at what box he has thats why i said the azbox with cheopscam whitch gives him a way to go if he does not want to buy cards:-deadhorse

That's mighty decent of you but the the o/p is asking for a solution for his Dreambox

I have no need to the o/p is asking for a solution for his dreambox not something to purchase other than a dreambox
