Has anyone purchased items from Cardmania.co.uk?

I placed an order over 3 weeks ago and they advertised the item as next day delivery and I'm still waiting. I have tried phoning them several times for an update but no-one has yet answered the phone They have rung me a couple of times and each time said it will be despatched that day but no joy. They've got my money too and not presently offering a refund.

I'm hoping for a resolution soon and I'll let you know the outcome.
 
A simple search on this site should verify from the results if they are a reputable dealer If it is a credit card puchase however, you could pull the funds and go an order from one of our sponsors.

What have you bought by the way ?
 
I have ordered a Spiderbox 9000hd. I paid with a debit card so I'm stuck for choice at the moment.

Hopefully the issue with this supplier is a one-off and he'll come good.
 
I used them last year and found them slow in delivering the product and missed promised delivery dates (probably because their own supplier was giving them unreliable information). The product arrived two weeks after the initial order.

I suspect they are a disorganised one person organisation, definitely NOT one of the well known rip off merchants.

youve got it in one there ---

i,v had issues with mr. cardmania - in the past and would not recomend them as a reliable supplier -- their website claims of - in stock and -- next day delivery is to be taken with a pinch of salt, my last trasaction with cardmania was particularly frustrating -- and despite over the phone promises of next day delivery -- after more than a week of waiting i canceled the order and purchased elsewhere.
in a word - "unreliable"

It is now more than 30 days since I placed my order with Cardmania and still nothing has been delivered. I've had 4 empty promises of delivery but they've never happened. I am now waiting for the vendor to inform me when I will be getting my refund.
 
I got my money back in the end by contacting my bank and asking them to retrieve it using Visa chargeback. I wont be placing any more orders with Cardmania.

Yes, shame you had to go the difficult route.

Did they reply to you at all?
 
Yes, I always got replys when I enquired but never got the goods or a refund.
