a snippet from the Metro might provide useful pointers for those in rented accomodation that wish to install a CCTV system to the property.

Unbelievable, but it's OK, because the council have lots of CCTV and they're not aware of any problem on that estate, despite his CCTV images catching several wrongdoers.
