hi a customer of mine subscribe to sky mix package .last week channel 5 was replaced with a upgrade screen .when he phoned sky they told him there is a xtra subscription charge for channel 5.is this true and will it apply to freesat as well.

yes rolf me neither it had a really weird on screen message i will will post it tommorow.
 
on screen message gone five working now fond out he has been switching box off every night for past 2 years .strange how just channel five was missing but all is good now.

But how come sky said there was an extra subscription charge??
 
i dont know zobra i get lots of this kind of thing .ie one day u can u can give them customer details next day its not allowed .cant reactivate a canceled sky viewing card hang up redial get someone who know how to operate a computer and its done.
