My Satellite Setup
Maplin DIY kit with single LNB and Fortecstar Passion receiver. I have linked to existing TV cable and split 3-ways to the Fortecstar and 2 Grundig SD Freesat receivers, so I can have up to 3 TVs on at once.

South Yorkshire
I have a Fortecstar Passion receiver and a Grundig Freesat receiver. I can get Channel 5 on the Grundig but cannot find it on the Forecstar, even after rescanning.
Can anyone help?
 
Scan 10.773h, 22000, 5/6.
Also check you have universal LNb setting 9.75/10.6 Ghz
 
C5 is fta on 10773H 22000 5/6

I have tried scanning 10773H 22000 and the scan comes up with nothing. What does 5/6 mean?
 
Forward error correction. Its automatic on many receivers, so if you dont see it dont worry.

10773H is the BBC 1 London / BBC2 England / BBC3 / BBC4 frequency so if you
can see them you should get C5.
 
Also check receiver LNb setting is universal 9750/10600.
 
Yes, I can get all the BBC channels, but no sign of C5! The receiver doesn't give me an explicit option of 9750/10600, only a Universal option.
 
Universal is correct and refers to 9.75/10.6

FIVE is on that transponder.
