Hi, I have been using a 7020 for a year now. I decided to get a smaller DM500 for my bedroom. I have set it up and scanned the channels.

I have something realy weird.

If I choose a channel from Hotbird it works until I try a channel from Astra. When I come back to a channel from Hotbird I get the "service not found" message. If I unplug the sat cable and plug it back in Hotbird works again but Astra is gone.

I've chacked cables etc and have tested my DM 7020 on the same connection with no problem.

Any tips ?

Are both the 7020 trying to move the motor?

Only one receiver can move the motor or the reference will be lost.
