Channel scan problem

My Satellite Setup
TM500 super, 13e

Hi All

My set up is 1 dish with 2 lnb's Hotbird 13E and Astra 19E
second dish with Astra 28.2E.

The connection works fine via Disecq A/B/C/D with a TM500 and a Dreambox 600.
I upgraded the TM500 with a DM800se genuine with original image,
did a new scan and box can only see 13 and 19 automatically.

It cannot see the 28.2 whatsoever.
I tried automatic and manual scans, no luck.
I tried a direct connection from 28.2 to the box and it works fine.

Do I need some newer disecq switch?
DM800se tuner is DVBS2, does this make any difference?

Any help or ideas are much appreciated.

I've tried many configs, simple and advanced with different options, which one do you need.
For now I did a factory reset and kept it to simple.
Mode: DiSEqC A/B/C/D
Port A: Astra 19.2 E
Port B: Hotbird 13 E
Port C: nothing connected
Port D: nothing connected
Set Voltage and 22KHz: yes
Send DiSEqC only on satellite change: no
 
Without a port allocation you will never receive 28.2 E
But you will never see 28.2 E unless you allocate it to port A
then allocate 19.2 East to B
then 13 E to C
 
You need to make the settings in the receiver match exactly how the LNBs are connected to the switch. 28E is not in your settings, so it won't work.
