channel x frequencies

has anybody got the frequencies for the x channels on digitalb as i am getting nothing at the moment,i have a gold card that worked in a technomate receiver which has now conked out and i am now using a humax hd receiver but can't get the x channels, cheers.

Unless you have one of the DigitAlb HD boxes you cant watch 3X & 4X
