channels with blackscreen

hi everybody.. i need a little support
i have 2 channels with blackscreen.. i only can see by stream with vlc player
channels:
Monitor Games 11919 V DVB-S/MPEG-2 27500 3/4 at eutelsat 9B 9.0 east
EFB 1 11303 H DVB-S2/8PSK MPEG-4 30000 2/3 at eutelsat 16A 16.0 east
i have vu+ solo4k with satdreamgr image...
satdreamgr image team sais that its a problem only with vu+...
any help

both programs are in BISS.

hi stephan94, how are the thing master,...
yes, both are in biss, but after that, when biss keys are correct and decrypted, the only way to see its stream with vlc, and i cant see on my vu+ solo4k like others channels in biss format!
with my old engel rs8100, after decrypt with the correct biss keys, runs fine....
i dont know if only a problem with vu+ or with all arm 4k boxes
this problem its only with that channels other biss & powervu channels are running fine!
