Hi I am looking at where i can buy the dialers to activate cards outside UK.

strictly speaking, you don't need to dialup to sky to activate your card. A dialler does make getting PPV stuff easier - but they're not cheap.

FYI Germansky.com is selling them at €139 (€99 for existing customers).

How many boxes/cards are you intending to activate?

I am not interested in one to be honest. My angle on the activations was to clarify value for money for enoc. If you're getting one for PPV movies, you've wasted a load of DVD rental money ;)
