Absolutely. As well as the film that the designer intended there will be alternative answers, not to mention answers for clues that the designer didn't intentionally put in!

The person going past the Book Street shop - I thought originally it was female. Years since I saw it, but I remember the character Withnail in the film Withnail And I had that long coat on. Can't remember the bags covering his feet though.
 
The police box could also reference to a Dr. Who movie.
 
The woman opening the window above the shop on the right is looking down on something. She must have A Room with a View.

There is no police box in the picture, there is a phone booth or telephone box, a police box is blue in colour

Dolphin tail????? is this an engineering term for a leaf eater downspout or similar? Maybe a stone masonry support?

Must admit I'm puzzled about this as well. I've (speed) read the Wikipedia entry and that hasn't helped either.

Ahhh sorry, I havent watched a D.r Who show in a very long time, cant find them on Netflix or Amazon TV.

Ah, it just jumped out and I can see it now. But on even closer inspection I think it's a trick of the leaves. However, it's your call of course.
