Cloning Programs - do they work with optical disc?

As title are there any programs that will clone optical discs to optical discs - CD, DVD, HD DVD or bluray? Discs are/will be mainly data with inbuilt menus and some home recorded video discs.

I have multiple (two or more of each) recorder drives for all 4 formats.
 
One can only conclude that either nobody has ant experience of this or nobody is willing to share on open forum
