Coax on cast iron pipe

I am about to install a TV roof aerial for freeview. I will run the coax cable down the roof and then down the front of the house. There is a vertical cast iron fall pipe from the guttering which I would like to secure the cable to. There is a reason for this in that I can tape the cable to the pipe so that it is not shown on the house front like cable clips would on the wall. Would I get any appreciable signal loss or interruption of the signal from the pipe do you think?

Welcome to satsuk,
Always use double screened coaxial for DVB but shouldn't be any problem. Cable tie to downpipe, caution not to crimp the cable.
