Eutelsat 3B with 9 Ka tps and 30 Ku tps and 12 C tps
3B will now replace Eutelsat 3D @ 3.1 east to allow Eutelsat 3D to move to 7 east as Eutelsat 7B,
This was 7B's original mission but due to Hotbird 13D being required after spells @ 7.3 west & 3.1 east to move to it's intended slot 13 east thus allowing 13A to move to 9 east as Eutelsat 9A.
3B will now replace Eutelsat 3D @ 3.1 east to allow Eutelsat 3D to move to 7 east as Eutelsat 7B,

Shouldnt be a problem here in the UK, i've never had any problems with 3E generally.
