I would assume so mate, it is what is published by Eutelsat. It even mentions H.264 not H.265.

Just scanned the transponder & they are using H.265 HEVC stores the channel in my radio section on my TM6900 
Maybe the transmission will change nearer lift off in the meantime I will see if there is an active feed for this launch.

Im hoping that H265 signal, which seems to be a 4K test is unrelated to the launch and will go away in time for tonight.
