compatibility list?

Can anyone tell me if there exists a list of CAM/decoder compatibility?

I am looking at buying my first non sky/canal+ decoder/pvr and am thinking of the new neotion pvr601 or topfield tf4000 but can't find any info on whether or not various cams/cards will work with them.

Any info welcome, thanks.

there is a very reliable list in german language indicating all the receivers actually tested 100% with the cam. unfortunately I printed it at the end of july, checked it and then threw it away after use. There is no trace of which website it was on and explorer cancelled the chronology after 30 days. all I rember it was a german website very professional looking.
