CONAX with IRDETO CAM ?

Is it possible to use a Conax card in an IRDETO FreeCam2. I put in a DishTV CONAX card in it but it shows NO CARD in the Status menu of the CAM.

Currently I am using the receiver given by DishTV where I cannot tune other sats.
