Configuration doe DiSEqC commutators

My Satellite Setup
Axil AD-600

I bought a second Axil AD-600 receiver to install on a second TV set.
I have already one install with my Antenna double head (hotbird and Astra) which is working perfectly.
The one I bought is a indicated with"New Usuals".
When I tried to install the new Axil AD-600 receiver on my system, i never got signal.
I checked in the menu on the "Antenna Setup" and tried to change the configuration of the Antenna as the former one but I cannot access COMMITTED, UNCOMMITTED, DiSEqC-REPEAT menu to fix it!
Anyone can help me or explain? Thanks a lot,

My Satellite Setup
Technomate 5402 HD M2 Ci, DM7000s, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Promax HD Ranger+ spectrum analyser.

If you are installing the second receiver direct to the second output on the LNB (head), then it will not control the motor, it will only see the satellite which the other motor has pointed the dish at. It should be set up for no motor or diseqC.
