Connecting to internet

I'm starting again from scratch after a HDD reformat.
I'm connected to my dreambox with cross cable which worked perfect before I reformatted, it now connects okay but not to internet all I get is the following " Can't resolve Hostname!

I'v tried everything I can think off but no go.
Any assistance welcome.

Maybe IHAD site is down? HDD in your PC or Dreambox?

You've added the gateway IP to your dreambox?

I have a USB not a HDD. Yes I'v added gateway ip etc. I'v tried other images. I'v erased flash and started again but can't get connection to internet.
In my Local Area Connection on pc I have my Ip and my gateway and in my Dreambox I'v got my Ip DHCP blank netmask 255.255.255.0 type LAN nameserver 192.168.0.1 and gateway 192.168.0.1 enable network ticked port and save.
What else?
