Constant signal ( low 2D freqs )

CM 3.0m @ 28.2 w PACE
My Location
Athens-Greece
At the low 2D frqs I'm getting NOTHING from the dish. I mean, I'm getting the same reading from the lnb whether it's removed from the dish and facing the ground or mounted on the dish at 28.2.

For example at 10714H it's reading something like 61 dBuV ... regardless. Even if I cover the lnb with my hand. If I move the dish then obviously it changes. Any clues what this means ?

What are you getting on the high 2D frequencies, and on the 2A/2B/2C frequencies?

I'm getting around 80dBuV for 2C and around 67, 68 for hi 2D thanks.
