Copying recorded programmes

Sky+ HD (no subscription to HD)
My Location
south scotland
I just bought a new Sky+ HD box to replace the Sky+ box which is giving intermittent grief.

Is it possible to copy the recorded programmes from the old box to the new? it would help a lot rather than having to plug the old one to see the progs.

Yes by attaching the HDDs to a PC and using free software called copy+ - Google it there may be some limitations however but see their website.
