The sad thing is we don't expect them to get it right these days. No suprise that Boris and Matt Handcock have got it. :-rofl2 Wuhan now has some freight trains running already. A nice place to stay compared to the cities. As you know in France you have to print out a piece of paper to say why you are away from home. https://www.interieur.gouv.fr/Actualites/L-actu-du-Ministere/Attestation-de-deplacement-derogatoire-et-justificatif-de-deplacement-professionnel I wonder how many people don't have printers and are trapped at home because they can't print it. People with inkjet printers would have to be careful because the cartridges don't last for long. I was talking to a friend in the NHS the other day. It is hard to say if the virus will go away in the summer, it probably will, but it will come back for the winter season in October/November. So I think there might be another load of restrictions then. I think when there is a cheap test to show people have had the virus there might be a certificate system like they have with yellow fever but I think they could only be valid for a year because immunity may not last for long. It could be used to take flights out of the country if it is accepted where you want to go. There was a report on France 24 last year that there was some new outbreaks of yellow fever so thats yet another disease thats not going away.
